April 19, 2013 - Last Baseball Game of the Week
Come out and support the Baseball Team at 6:35PM on Friday, April 19th for the LAST Baseball GotW! There will be a tailgate starting at 5:00PM right outside of Bill Davis Stadium in the grass facing the Schott! Students will then gather to enter the stadium together to sit in our NEW section which has been moved to Box 4! Let’s show everyone what it means to be a part of Buckeye Nation! Go Bucks!
April 16, 2013 - Registration for BuckeyeThon is Open
Join the Block "O" BuckeyeThon Team and start fundraising now! BuckeyeThon is a 24 hour dance marathon that takes place on February 14, 2014. All proceeds go to Nationwide Children’s Hospital and benefit pediatric cancer treatment! Support a great cause with your friends! November 21, 2012 - SWAG Update
The blockies spoke and we listened! Starting January 7th (the day we get back after the holiday break), Block "O" throwback crewneck sweatshirts, sweatpants, and a modern drawstring bag will go on sale out of the Block "O" Office! Stay tuned for a preorder form. We will also be unveiling a t-shirt sale to benefit BuckeyeThon; t-shirts will be on sale in the office and online. Stay tuned to the newsletter and social media for updates!
November 21, 2012 - BuckeyeThon: Party with a Purpose
BuckeyeThon is the chosen philanthropy of Block "O". BuckeyeThon is a dance marathon thatbenefits Nationwide Children’s Hospital with the ultimate goal of ending childhood cancer. It is a great opportunity to get more involved on campus and make lifelong friendships. Register here to party with a purpose. Last year, Block "O" raised $12,772.29!
November 8, 2012 - General Meeting with the Wrestling Team
Come out to the French Field House at 7PM for this week’s General Meeting! Members of the Ohio State Wrestling Team will be at the meeting to explain their sport and scoring! If you were invite on the Wisconsin trip, forms and money ($125.00) will also be accepted at this meeting!
October 30, 2012 - Cane’s Night on Thursday
On Thursday from 5-9pm, Raising Cane’s will be donating 20% of sales back to Block "O" with the flier below. We will be meeting as a group at the Ohio Union at 6:50pm to walk over and enjoy dinner together! Come out to dinner with us, and help Block "O" at the same time! Remember to print the flier below, you need it to have the 20% go back to Block "O"!
October 25, 2012 - Beat Penn State!
Come cheer on the Buckeyes to victory over Penn State at the Block "O" Watch Party! Doors open at Woody’s Tavern inside the Ohio Union at 5:00pm, free pizza and drinks will be served at 5:15pm, and kickoff is set for 5:30pm. Come dressed in a halloween costume to be entered in a special prize drawing! For more info, visit the Facebook event page.
October 22, 2012 - Akron Comes to Town
On Tuesday, 10/23 at 8pm, the men’s soccer team will face their toughest test of the season as rivals #3 Akron come to Columbus. Come out to Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium and cheer the Buckeyes on to a big victory! Admission is free with BuckID, and the Block "O" Game of the Week gets you 30 Blockie Points!

October 15, 2012 - Block "O" Goes Bowling!
On Thursday 10/18 at 9pm, we will be going bowling at HP Lanes. Each game costs only $1 and includes a pair of shoes. We will be meeting at the Ohio Union 12th Avenue turnaround at 8:30pm, please email Program Director Jamie Kanehl at kanehl.3@osu.edu if you are interested in going!
